A restorative yoga session really helps me :)

For lifting I like Inov-8 F Lite 240s.

I've found the "Buff Dudes" YouTube videos to be very helping in explaining how to do certain lifts and also what not to do: https://www.youtube.com/user/buffdudes. Check out the "Single Exercise Tutorials" in their playlist. Good luck - you can do it!

I've been a vegetarian and consuming less sweets since Jan 1 and I've noticed a difference in my stomach area -- my major trouble spot. My workout has remained the same. Not saying vegetarian is the only way to go but a change in diet makes a difference. Good luck! You can do it! :)

It's not a dvd, but YogaGlo.com is great -- especially if you're new to yoga. A huge variety of workouts at all levels and there are even videos focusing on things like sun salutations, back bends, etc. There's a free trial period so worth checking it out :)

I also have two-a-day workouts. What about yoga? I practice yoga in the late morning/early afternoon and love the energy boost and muscle stretch.

It happens and happens to all of us! Don't be too hard on yourself. Tomorrow is a new day :)

Are you low on energy if you don't eat before class? Have you tried eating an energy bar? Or maybe half of one? I can't exercise with a lot of food in my stomach but I always find that I'm hungry and need a snack for energy. Love Luna Bars (caramel nut brownie) and Fiber One Bars (oats and chocolate).

I just did the first workout and loved it. 25 minutes is the perfect amount of time for me. During the week I like to spin (2-3 times) and practice yoga (4-5 times). Currently, I have a lot of free time these days so it's much easier to fit everything in! I'm trying to incorporate more strength training. Over the last six…

Thanks for sharing the results of your progress! I am starting the program tomorrow. Did you have other workouts in addition to T25 as part of your exercise plan?

Wait, Wait Don't Tell is a funny and engaging podcast. I always find myself laughing. Hope this helps!
