Sometimes I'm glad I'm a coeliac. (can't eat wheat). Yes it's unbelievably annoying - but at least I really CAN'T just eat these temptations! They do look fabulous though :D.

I did. I lost over 2 stone (28lbs) and got down to my goal weight. Now I still eat carbs on maintenance. Personally I don't subscribe to the "carbs are evil" mantra. Although I am a coeliac so wheat actually is bad for me...

Gin and tonic is awsome. Amount of calories in a 100ml of schwepps slimline indian tonic water... is 2. Then a shot of gin is 56 calories. So 250ml glass is around 61calories. I like red wine too - a (small) glass of that is around 85cal - while a realistic glass is 119cal.

Natchos - used to have them every evening with dips. Now I have carrots or cucumber instead. Either with philly or yogurt.

I have herbal tea or hot chocolate. Options hot chocolate is my big evening treat. Also due to work, dog walking, exercising and generally cooking from scratch it's rare for me to eat much before 9.

I get bored easily too. So I use audio books. Which I adore. Makes you look forward to your run so you can continue your book.
