Thanks for all the suggestions guys!! I will continue to do the current cardio that I do. I work out 5 days a week and this is working for me. I'm definitely gonna add more weight training, that seems to help burn more calories! I see some of you do just as long or longer sessions of cardio :happy:

@ TheDeviation I use the bicep curling machines & several other machines at the gym. Is lifting free weights better than using the machines?

@ diana109 I have also seen others in the gym do just as much or more! they are doing high intensity running, I do the Elliptical Trainer and treadmill

@ ivyann73 That is really funny! she just walked up to me and started telling me about cardio. I do several different machines so its not at a continuous fast pace. I really like burning calories with cardio. There's no way I could stop at 20 min!

Thanks everyone for the Vitamin D info. When I went to the Dr this week she said it was actually 4 which is non existent...she gave me an RX for 50,000 mg to take once a week! That seems like too much. I wonder if there are any side effects for Vit D, some people have told me they got sick (upset stomach, constipation)…

Great suggestions!! I don't feel so bad... I drink Merlot so its red wine. I might be going to the Steelers game this weekend! I know I'll have a couple of glasses :) Its hard to live in Pittsburgh and go to a playoff game without my Merlot! GO STEELERS!!

Thanks for all the suggestions guys! I think getting some bloodwork done first is what I need to do... I don't wanna get these shots unless they are the last option. I didn't think about my thyroid, I better get that checked!

Today is a new day! I totally fell off the wagon and have gained everything back that I lost...Instead of getting depressed I'm gonna go back at it. Yesterday I made up my mind...I come first! My health is more important than anything!

That's right!! Got to keep fighting. Some people told me to accept it, that I would be heavier than I have been. I will NEVER just accept it. I think if we make small changes in diet and exercise we can gain control!

Low Carb is good. My problem is also having a little wine while watching football! Don't know if wine has lots of calories but it sure is sweet :smile:
