I recovered from it several years ago, after the initial diagnosis I got a cortizone shot, then after a week went to physical therapy, did stretches at home as well as iced it. AT LEAST 20 minutes!! Not sure what you like to eat but you can 'hide' veggies in almost anything. Make a homemade smoothie and put raw baby spinach, kale or ever frozen broccoli in it. I SWEAR you won't even taste it. Spaghetti sauce? I put shredded carrot or even shredded zucchini in the sauce while cooking. No one is the wiser. Good luck!

You can get a scale for like $5 or cheaper. And yes! It is worth it! You think you are eyeballing it correctly...but alas you are not :bigsmile: PS 1200 cals may have put you in starvation mode- so your body is holding on to everything. Also, how much water are you drinking?
