  • I know why they tell you not to use your hairdryer while sleeping...people actually take their hairdryer to bed and use it for the 'WHITE NOISE' the hairdryer gets tangled up in the sheets and catches on fire and people have died. SO, after one of those STUPID law suits they have to put it on there now.
  • Salsa, it's low cal, I use Pace Medium Chunky Salsa- 10 cals for 2 tablespoons!! Lots of flavor for like no calories!

  • I made a 'kale smoothie' yesterday. I used, 1.5 cups of fresh kale, 2 bananas, 2 cups frozen strawberries, splash of oj, 2 tablespoons whole flax meal and one cup of plain, no fat greek yogurt and a few ice cubes. P.S. this made two large servings at just under 300 calories each. Could NOT taste the kale. It was yummy. So…
