No problems getting to sleep, just have meetings or errands that i cant get done in time to get at least 7 hrs of sleep. I am working 12hr days, 6dys/week at the moment, so between travel times & 7-8hrs of sleep. I only have 2-3 hrs/day to get in my exercise routine.

I like to do my cardio workouts in the morning prior to breakfast, have a protein shake after my cardio then eat some oatmeal & fruit a couple hrs later. Then if my schedule works out, I try to throw in a strength workout after work.

I am currently in the middle of week 4. We start recovery week next week. I had some issues with my knees with all the jumping involved, but I just did something less taxing on my legs till the next exercise. Did anyone add a weight regimen to the Insanity workout?
