I find my best motivation while I'm on the Elliptical & I'm staring at a nice booty in front of me running on the treadmill. I feel like I go faster trying to catch up. 8)

Bananas aren't yellow only the skin, so unless you are eating the skin & throwing the banana out. That would be the opposite of the egg theory.

I am 2lbs away from 30 lost & while my waist has only went down 2.5", I notice the biggest difference in my calves & thighs. This was the trouble spot for me when buying shorts & slacks. Now they fit normal.

I was about 30%BF & 65lbs overweight when I started the workout. I started doing Insanity until I hurt my knee. The jumping gave my kness fits. I lost 9 lbs in the first month of Insanity & changing my diet. I had to stop after i hyperextended my knee doing the jumping squats. If you push yourself, you will definitely see results.

I would suggest getting either a heart rate monitor or at the very least a pedometer. You can calculate how many calories you burn by using your average heart rate on your walks.

I'm in the same boat as you. I'm 37 w/ 2kids who run circles around me. I got to 230 & decided it was time to change. Since Feb 19th, I have lost 12lbs & will be weighing again tonight to see if I dropped anymore. My goal is 175-180, but would love to be under 200 by the end of summer. Feel free to add me.

I have been using one for almost a month now. I hurt my knee doing Insainty & didnt want to lose all the cardio & had done. Ive been goin about 40 mins, but am hoping to start goin for a hour in the next couple of weeks

I am trying to focus on 1500 cal/day per my TDEE calculations. I know that if I work out, I will have the room to go over, but i try to never go over my daily goal by more than 150. If i get the urge for something, most of the time I cut out the carbs from my evening meal to allow me the room for something sweet.

Personally from all the research I have done from the NON-1200 Calories posts & outside of this website, to lose weight you have to create a calorie deficit.
