Ok, dumb question:embarassed:
I am looking into walking with music, and I had a wonderful person on another post send me to jog fm for some wonderful songs for a close to X minute mile based on BPM. Like a 13 minute mile is close to 158 BPM.
Am I supposed to actually walk 158 steps in that time ? Or how does that work? :blushing:

Yes, everytime you hear the bass note, a foot should be hitting the ground.0

Thanks. It still sounds like a lot of steps to take in a minute. I guess I'll have to pay more attention do what I do now and then see how it compairs to walking with music.0

Well, a 13 minute mile is pretty fast (4.6 mph) so that would be a lot of steps in a minute!0
