Friday the 13th Walked to the theater and came out to a thunderstorm just like in the movie. Saw it about 30 years ago and some of the scenes are still in my head. We were in the jungle of Costa Rica last year and I saw someone with a yellow rain slicker - just about freaked!

My husband ordered a simple mouth guard on line. It moves your lower jaw forward and it actually works! Just google stop snoring and see what is offered. Of course you should rule out sleep apnea to be safe.

I've bought meat from a small farmer. They finished off their beef with some corn. It was wonderful. Check out your area maybe you can find something like that. I HATE factory farms too!!!

Sweets in general - cookies, cake,etc. Little Debbie's still look good to me but haven't tasted one in years. I try to make healthy snacks, but sometimes a packaged treat or a decadent piece of cake still calls my name....lol

Fruit Smoothies - They're easy to make and you can add protein powder for extra calories. Google smoothies for lots of recipes!

Eat some of those exercise calories! That's what MFP is all about! You need to fuel your work outs. Raise your calories every day for a week. You don't have to eat every calorie, but at least get within 200 calories. Make sure they are healthy foods - fruits, proteins. And keep up with the water. I bet you'll see a loss.…

If it is a packaged food and has nutrition listed, enter it as one of your foods. Go to your food diary, click on my foods and enter as much nutritional info as you want. That way you'll have it next time.

Blueberry yogurt, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 frozen banana (I don't like fresh bananas, but I do like them frozen - much sweeter) and 1 cup milk. You can also add 1 tbs flaxseed meal for extra protein.

Check out the calories before you order. Most pizzas are listed on MFP. I'd be careful not to order meat lovers with extra cheese or anything too crazy, but then again, if that's what you really want, go for it! Two or three slices won't ruin your week. Just be aware that the sodium is high so drink lots of water.

I love Chocolate Silk Light or just Chocolate Silk. You might want to try rice milk too. It's sort of sweet and she might like that. Most important, just keep having her try the new milk. It will take awhile, but she will get used to it! (I'm a mother of three and a daycare mom to 125+)
