I put flaxseed in our breakfast smoothies, about 1tbs. per 8-10 0z. smoothie. Also add a quarter of cup to most quick breads and cookies that I make. Supposed to taste nutty, I can't really taste the difference and my husband who is very picky, never even notices it!

Too old to spank, plus there are much better ways to discipline. Spanking a child that age is humiliating and just plain wrong!

Fruit smoothie - frozen fruit, your choice of milk. Can add a yogurt, some whey or flaxseed. Blend it all together and enjoy!

I use yogurt, frozen fruit, milk and then add about 1 tbs. of flaxseed meal. The meal adds fiber and Omega-3. (Also add the meal to any quick breads or cookies. (Only healthy cookies, of course!)
