just notcied how quickly you have lost all the weight, i really think that it is a case of giving your skin time to catch up with all the work you have put in.

hey, that is a MASSIVE loss. what exercise are you doing? your body needs time to readjust and rebuild the elasticity in the skin tho. it was pretty streched for a while, think of how a pregnant womans stomach looks post birth, but it normally does get better. big big well done tho.

to be honest, if it a one off id ignore it. but if it happens go see your Dr. mid cycle bleeding shouldnt be a regular occurance.

i dont think i would have had the courage to go b4 the main bit of weight loss, but for anyone who is thinking they are too big. you wont be, there are people of all ages and sizes.

healthy looking, and in proportion with the rest of their body. a 6 pack with no muscles anywehre else, weird. a 6 pack on someone who obviously works out, fine. my hubby has no 6 pack, BUT, has a flat tum with abs anyway.

i got to a zumba class and love it. its the one proper gym thing i do, the rest is dvds at home. im pretty sure than anything that raises your heart rate and gets you moving is a good thing! if you really love doing it, then its worth the money. do your gym not do any classes which the cost is covered by the membership?

hi, thanks, biccies, as in biscuits. i didnt think about that gettin lost in translation!! cookies oevr here are different to biscuits. normally they are chewey and contain chocolate, where as a biscuit is firm, and you can dunk it in tea!!

i try to keep the meals i have smaller and more regular so there is no real sugar dip, but it just seems like my body goes a bit insane. i feel fine after about 2 or 3 days.
