Well my issue is I tend to like to eat little bits here and there throughout the day with a small to medium lunch and a medium to large dinner.... it's how I keep my appetite from being unbearable while dieting. So low calorie and low sodium foods are important for me to have a lot of.

Yeah I pretty much take what the site tells me my intake should be and subtract 200 as long as it does not go under 1200. I find the "calories burned" estimates to be a bit high for the most part.... however for some people they're actually low.
