This. I have a 9 year old and husband that works shift work. I still work out 6 -7 days a week. It's not always easy, and sometimes I am working out at 8 or 9pm. I have no set time to work out, I just know that I have to do it change myself... Sometimes my daughter has to scooter with me while I run, or I try to work out…

I try to plan my bad food days - if I know I am having a super junk-y evening... I try to do extra exercise to compensate. Or I work really hard the next day... I also get bloated and crampy - this because I have stupid crazy food "sensitivities" so I factor in whats worth paying for before I eat it. I think you have…

My 9 yr old daughter for a month (always around her birthday) goes through something where she makes it her life's mission to push our buttons. Whining, lying, attitude. We think this is just her way of testing the borders - hmmm how much can I get away with. We put our foot down hard. At first we tell her to stop and…

I love love love Vanilla Almond milk in my smoothie and warmed up and placed in Chai tea... so yummy!! And I agree with the above poster - no bloating, no upset stomach...

I love Chalean - and doing her workouts are tightening everywhere. They are usually 30-48 mins I have done insanity too - I didn't finish it - I have a bad ankle and found it to be just too much. In terms of doing both Insanity and Chalean - if you can do it, awesome (and WOW) Good luck!

My family has a very strong history of heart disease. My grandmother died last month at the age of 66 as a direct reaction to a life time of not taking care of herself. I will eat healthy and excersise because I need to, and no one will ever say to me it's not necessary, without a major rant about heart health.

Homemade butter chicken, over steamed cauliflower. With Naan bread... yummm

Welcome to MFP :drinker: Cheers

1. What did you have for breakfast? Oatmeal (quaker with Protien) & a spinich and berry smoothie 2. How much water do you drink per day? 10-13 8oz glasses 3. What are your favorite snacks? Berries, cucumber with vinegar 4. How many calories do you eat per day? 1200-1500 depends on the day 5. What do you generally eat for…

I am not a huge fan of beef, and I find the ground beef, even lean so greasy and gross. So at our house we almost always use grd turkey. Never had an issue with it tasting bad, or making me sick. Did you cook it 100%? - remember that the more surface area of the meat(ground anything has more surface area than a typical…

Agree 100% - It's crazy what the difference can be! For me it was cycling... MFP says 600+ HRM says less than 400!!! That's HUGE!

Tuna salad on WW with sliced cucumbers - one can is 2 days of lunch! Homemade hummus with raw veg - mmmm (chick peas are pretty inexpensive and a can can make enough hummus for a week!)

my mantra is "My head is giving up, my body can do this" or "I'm not tired, I'm lazy... move faster"

The Crystal Cave - Mary Stewart Read this series when I was a pre-teen and decided to do a re-read now. Just as great as I remember!

Umm maybe this is something that needs to be said to your SO... ranting here isn't going to solve your issues.
-
I also suggest Chalean Extreme - I am just going into my last week of Phase 1 and I LOVE IT!! I only use dumbbells.

I am pretty sure it is covered if you have a referral, and I think it depends on where you are located whether you will have a long wait or not.

That's beyond awesome! fantastic work!!

OMG - I could NEVER do what you do.

I was told I couldn't have children my whole life due to past medical issues. Despite being careful (for reasons other than pregnancy) I became pregnant. It was so surprising that my doctor couldn't figure out why I was so so sick until I was 5 months. He was convinced I had a tumor in my brain and was going to start me on…

I have both - P90X is great, and I go back to it even when I am doing other programs. It's long though, and Tony can get annoying! I have attempted to do Insanity 2x now, the first time I ignored signs that it was bothering my ankle and ended up in physio. The second time around I felt the signs early and just stopped.…

P90X would be my first suggestion for you - even though you said it's not really your thing. It's a really well balanced routine, you get everything you need, but yes it is 6 days a week, and the workouts are long (usually over 48mins)! I just finished week 1 of Chalean Extreme - it's primarily weight training with a few…

Seen... "I seen this new program..." I hear this at work... by professionals, regulary.

I am similiar to you in chest size, and I did weigh more than you do now. I run 2-3x a week with no problems. I find it helps to double up on the sports bra... but my back has never bothered me.
