I would saying lifting for sure! I started lifting and althought I did not lose lbs, I lost about 6 inches total (arms, chest, bum, stomach) in about a month. I did about 20-30 mins cardio after I lifted and watched my carb intake. Helped a lot.

I hear ya! This heat makes it hard to do a lot of "normal" activities that I'd like to do.

I agree- the weekends are bad as far as food choices but I notice that I don't eat as much. . .

I would have never guessed, honestly. My weakness is definitely chocolate and of course, good ol' carbs. Bread and potatoes are a huge weekness for me. Hashbrowns are my fave!

same here but there are awesome things that can satisfy your craving that are chocolate :) Three Muskateers arent that bad. I mean I know it's sugar and what not but it's not horrible to "treat" yourself. haha

Woo a 1/2 marathon! Good luck :) I hate running lol Not too good for those with bad knees (that would be me!) But good for you! I would love to get down to what I weighed in high school (140) But my thinnest was about 130.
