I just ran my first 20 min straight...2.63km. Very excited about this, my first 5K is next Saturday. My goal is to be able to run at least half of it.

This looks awesome! Making it tonight for the week, thank you!

I completely agree, Abraham is my guess. I'll be some upset if its Daryl...I feel that he still needs to evolve (could be just hoping  ) and well I love his character. I have never read the comics, so I have no idea what's to come, love it that way.

@cherriegh Stop it. Just stop it. Put the breaks on the freak out. While you were pounding away with low calories and doing your cardio, part of the 7 pounds you lost is likely definitely muscle. Take into account that your muscles will hold on to water to repair themselves. I've noticed I can be up by up to 6 pounds, for…

Reached 160lbs leg curls 3x15 and 105lbs bench press 3x15. Pretty stoked by this, I love seeing the weights go up...who woulda' thought ;).

I am currently using a weight lifting program with a PT and it is going great. I have a good 100lbs to lose and although the inches are coming off, the scale is not moving. It is a daily struggle to change my way of thinking, but I was wondering if you have any advice for me or are in a similar situation? Thanks in advance…

Worked with my trainer last night and moved up from doing basic step-ups (with 35lbs) to step-ups on the weight bench (with only 10lbs). That increase in height was huge...I really didn't think I could do it!!!

Okay so I have a couple from this past weekend... 1. I didn't think twice about running down the street to the bank while my husband was filling the car at the gas satiation (normally I would have hesitated as I wasn't wearing a jacket and I would have been exposed to others even though I was fully clothed!), 2. We stayed…

This is so me, except that I am good 100lbs overweight. Don't get me wrong, I KNOW I'm fat, but I don't feel how fat I really am until I see a picture or my refection. That's depressing!!! :(

Absolutely!!! I am 296 right now and I was immediately pissed off with the Dr. comment. How dare he say that you can't loose the weight and that you should just settle. I know this can be done and I know that you can do this!!!

This is an amazing thread, so insightful and honest. Thank you for opening up. I am just into my weight loss journey and from someone who is almost 300lbs I cannot even fathom what it is going to be like or feel like even 50lbs lighter, never mind 100lbs. Knowing how my brain perceives myself, I can foresee having a hard…

When I was in University I once ate a whole bag of Oreos. I still love them to this day, but I can't have them in the house as I still can't stop at just a couple.
