Hate that.....that's why I am glad i can run at the rec center here in town. However, on Sunday I will have to run outside. Need to change my days next week since the rec center is closed on the 4th.

Yep- I have a very ecletic mix on my iPhone...... The last "run" started with Newsboys- Breakfast in Hell, then went on to Who Says by Selena Gomez and then Carrie- hahahahahahaha!!!

hahaha- can't lose me that easy! Weekends are hard to post- i try- but don't get in very often..... Then sick on monday- all i did was sit in front of the TV on the couch and watch Netflix all day! But I am back- and it feels good to know I can do this!!

You will be surprised at what your body can do! Someone gave the advice to add a little bit to each run each time and try to do more especially on the last one into the cool down on day 3. Are you eating/drinking stuff with Aspartame in it? (nutra sweet-equal) I used to drink diet coke and crystal light- had HORRIBLE headaches like that- even passed out a couple times. docotr's couldn't figure out what was wrong. My mom saw a news report about Aspartame and headaches so we thought lets cut it out of my diet…

If it has Aspartame (equal) that could be it. I actually pass out from it- the headaches get THAT bad. I can use splenda and truvia but not aspartame......

I don't think you would need to restart anything. Everything I have read on the boards from those that completed C25K said not to worry about speed till after you complete the program. I would just slow it down again and take it easy. Rest and ice the shins for a day or 2 than go back to it if you feel able to. If you feel…

^^^ This^^^^ When I did WW I found that if I ate my "extra Points" they give for the week- a little each day- I lost more than if I didn't eat them. Try for a week or two and see what happens. I would also start logging the extra stuff, like Zumba- with the activity, you may need more calories than what you are taking in!

This is a really good dish and very low in calories. Check the nutrition page- it will tell you the calorie count! You can also get the pasta as whole wheat- that would be healthier! The whole wheat pasta with marinara is also not bad on the calorie count!

I just sliced up an apple really thin, and added it to a pitcher of water with a cinnamon stick- let it sit overnight and drink the next day. Very good!

I use it to see how many calories I burn. I have a naturally high heart rate (genetic) and my calories burned are different than what it would say on here. I am not sure what the body media does, but I use the HRM to calculate calories burned.

Thanks!!! You can do it!! I added on 2 min of running to W3D3 on Monday- when I saw that I could run for 5 minutes- I was ok with it. I got nervous when my leg was cramping- but I just slowed it WAY down. Wish I had gotten to the gym earlier- I would have walked another mile to stretch it out more and get more calories…
