Question about stretching
I am currently in W4 of the C25K- I have always stretched before and after the training. And, I drink lots of water-before and after. My question is, I can feel my left leg is "tighter" than my right. It doesn't stretch as easy or a far as my right one can. It also hurts more after the run than the right. Is there some…

......but its done! I did okay-slower than my previous days, but I was at least able to get through all the runs! I kept telling myself-the time is not important- its making it through all the runs. And I did. Now for a good recovery day and on to W4D2!!

Well, got up at 7 to do W1D3- mental note- do NOT walk dog for 2 miles night before a C25K day!! UGH....it was hard, but I did every bit of it. Feel pretty good though!! I didn't watch my time and wasn't in the right place to make it home by the time it was complete, so I ended up walking 8 extra minutes....which was fine.…

Not as sore!!
Well, after W1D1- I can could barely walk the next day. I have a desk job and if I sat too long, it was hard to get moving. Today, after W1D2- not nearly as sore!! Muscles are a little tight, but I can move and not feel bad!! YAY!! Can't WAIT till tomorrow with W1D3!!! :bigsmile:

Lessons learned on W1D2.....
1. Rec center closes at 8pm. Make sure to get there to give me enough time to do cool down inside! 2. if I do this in the evening again....might be a good idea to do this before eating dinner,.......45 minutes not enough time to let food settle! LOL!! 3. indoor track better than outside on sidewalk, but miss the sunrise…
