Lessons learned on W1D2.....

1. Rec center closes at 8pm. Make sure to get there to give me enough time to do cool down inside!
2. if I do this in the evening again....might be a good idea to do this before eating dinner,.......45 minutes not enough time to let food settle! LOL!!
3. indoor track better than outside on sidewalk, but miss the sunrise and fresh air. (rainy and COLD here today!!)
4. found my stride 1/2 through!! NICE FEELING!!!
5. LOVE my new HRM!!! FINALLY know how many calories I am burning and that is a good feeling to see that number at the end of the workout!
Can't WAIT to get to W1D3!!!

Out of curiosity what did your HRM say about your 30 min.0

Take my readings worth a grain of salt.....I have a naturally high resting heart rate- so a lot of times when i ran- my readings were above the zone. All in all it said I burned 253 calories for the total W1D2 workout. Which is probably on target for me.....0
