W3D3- Bring on W4!!

Well, finished W3 today! I did the whole thing and even added times to each of the runs to get ready for W4. The last run I ran into the through it and into the walk portion....ended up running for 5 minutes! I was so excited because now I know I can do W4! I've been averaging 2 miles for the actual days and today I ended it in my best time. I added another mile after because I got to the rec center so early and still ended with a better time than W3D2 per mile!! Starting to see some changes to my body too....more defintion in my legs and my waist is getting smaller! The weight is coming off slow, but that's the best way to take it off.... Bring on W4.....

NOW- just remind me of this post if I start complaining on Wedensday! :wink:

    Omg! I was just coming on to post this! I love week 3. I didn't run extra but I flipped directions so I ran the hard uphill part instead of the easy uphill. I'm so excited for week 4 too! I want to start running farther!

    Congrats on those changes you see! I'm seeing it in my calves and my butt:-)

    Awesome! You're doing great! I know what you mean about the more definition in the legs. I can see the veins from my ankle all the way past my knee...lol.

    I admit I'm a little nervous looking at w4. I do w3d3 tomorrow. I can do it - but I'm WIPED OUT at the end of that 2nd 3 minutes. I think w4 is going to be the one that kicks my rear.
