I'm sorry I'm only just logging in to post my weight for last week, but things have been crazy busy!! I didn't make my goals for the week. I only worked out 3 times, not 4, and I went over calories a couple of days. Soooooo . . . I weighed in at 202.5 on Monday. :(

There was an article on MSN a few weeks ago, on their new "fitbie" site, about 10 weird side effects of exercising and this was one of them. Something about how your feet striking the ground/pavement causes a change in pressure in your inner ear, or something like that. Apparently not uncommon, but not common, either.

I went to my endocrinologist yesterday, and they made some adjustments, so my main goal this week will be to just maintain. I started out my week really strong, and then . . . I died. Didn't workout yesterday and was over my calories. Didn't workout this morning, and I only have 350 calories left for the day. It's kinda tangy and kinda salty tasting. Most people who don't like yogart, don't like cottage cheese. Similar to sour cream in flavor? Not quite as tangy, though. And some people don't like the consistency. Be brave!! Try it!! It's good!!! I like the little individual Breakstones cups.

I made these last week, and they're getting better and better every day! As a side note, I baked the first tray for the full 25 min, but they really didn't need that long. If I remember correctly, it's the pressure on your feet that make them go numb on the elliptical. Mine do the same thing. If you try to fully unweight each foot as you go, or even every so often, it helps a little bit. Good luck!
