  • Cold coffee, yes. Hot coffee, no. Good stuff.
  • Bump so I can find. Yummers!!
  • I "ditto" the above. Also, keep your load really light. Don't overstuff it. Makes a big difference! I also let my stuff air dry before putting it in the laundry basket if it's not going to get washed that day.
  • Growing up I had two "Grammy's". Paternal distinquished by adding my grandfather's name. Maternal distinquished by adding my uncle's name. So "PopPop's Grammy" and "Trevor's Grammy". My maternal grandparents were divorced, and my uncle was still living at home with my grandmother, hence "Trevor's Grammy". My nieces call my…
  • I like the C9/Champion ones from Target. Depending on what time of the month it is, I can be anywhere from a C to a very full D. I find the microfiber ones don't have quite enough support on their own, but doubled up with a regular sports bra work well. They also have a newer style that I just picked up yesterday. Lined,…
  • Anyone willing to give me some love, too? My diary's open. Always looking for new ideas. My last few weeks have been just shy of crappy. Some days have been straight up crap. Trying to get some new ideas to get myself back on track again!
  • I sweat heavily. Always have, no matter what my weight. My Mom and younger sister are the same. My older sister avoids doing anything that will make her sweat, because she hates sweating. I always joke that just standing up from a chair makes me break out in a sweat, but I'm not quite that bad (as long as I'm in A/C). I…
  • Thank you so much! I was intrigued to begin with, and I'm even more so now!! Will def be picking one up on my next shopping trip!!
  • You have no idea how happy you've just made me!!
  • I like the La Tortilla Factory ones. They are higher fiber, but I don't think it's "added" fiber. Decent macros. Between 80-100 calories, depending on which one you get. They hold up well, fold well, are decent size for the calories. My grocery store has them in the deli section. The Flat Outs are pretty good, too. I've…
  • Two pit mixes, pics are in my profile: Jade, 12 - I adopted her when she was 6. She's a fiesty, independent old lady. Will "tolerate" cuddles. About 40 pounds. Also goes by "Boo". She's mostly pit, but has something else in there. She's fawn brindle and white. Jovie, 3 - I adopted her when she was 6 mo. She is a cow. 85…
  • I'm a type 1 diabetic (insulin dependent), and I had an Endo put me on Metformin for weight loss. Made me feel like crap. I felt so awful on it, I never took it the way I was supposed to. So, never saw any benefit from it.
  • I read this on someone's blog on here, and it struck a chord with me, so it's the mentality that I adopted: "My food choices are personal. I can only cheat on myself." I make allowances for the foods that I like, such a pizza or an alcoholic beverage, but they're no longer part of my daily diet. I don't do "cheat days",…
  • Not usually. I get the earring thing sometimes. My workout clothes get funky when they start to get old. Asparagus makes my pee smell. And my sweat. I think that's all I've got. Probably more than I should have, though!!
  • We love, love, LOVE tequila in our house!! We do straight shots of Cabo frequently. No salt or lime needed, thank you very much. We buy 1800 by the litre bottle. I can drink pretty much anything, but red wine and I do not necessarily get along. Red wine and crab is an extremely nasty combo on the second trip. Can't even…
  • Black Dagger Brotherhood is soooo much better than 50 Shades. Vampire series by J.R. Ward. Check them out.
  • Totally stole your idea!! Here's the version I did for breakfast this morning: 1 c almond milk 3/4 medium frozen banana 1 Tblsp coconut cream pudding mix 1 Tblsp chia seeds 1 scoop french vanilla protein powder 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp coconut extract Holy casserole was it ever GOOD!!! New fav! Hands down!! Best…
  • Thank goodness I just got a Ninja, so have a food processor!! AndI always have frozen bananas in the house!!!! Sooooo doing this tonight!! Wonder how adding protein powder would affect?? Mmmmmm!!! Loves me some banana ice cream!!! Nom, nom, nom!!!!
  • I make a simple red wine vinigrette and put it on just about anything - wraps, shrimp tacos, in salads for bulk. Good stuff!! Like your recipe!! I think I might try that tonight!! I've got all the fixin's for it!!
  • There's recipies out there made with marshmallow fluff. Not the best for you, but dairy and gluten free.
  • I'm in if you still need people. Who's ever team I end up on, DO NOT count on me for weight loss. I just can't do it. I'm great for everything else, though!!
  • Chalene recommends cross trainers, but I found running sneaks work the best for me for her workouts. I've had a lot of luck with Nike's Pegasus model, because they've got an air module in the forefoot, as well as in the heel. My feet will go numb during TurboFire without the extra forefoot cushioning.
  • I have the Berry Pomegranate one and I really like it. It's like drinking juice, so makes a water serving go really quickly for me. Like a treat, almost!
  • Two slices Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin bread, toasted Smear of ricotta on each piece - about a Tblsp per slice Drizzle of organic honey over each slice (I've started my annual spring honey kick for my allergies) Topped each slice with 1 tsp chia seeds 16 oz cup of coffee with honey and a splash of cream 355 caloies; 44g carb;…
  • See above - excellent answer. Also the single serve cups of sweetened applesauce, or juice paks. I always keep a juice pak and a bottle of glucose tablets on my bedside table.
  • Measure your carb portions diligently. Make sure they're smart carb choices - complex, not simple carbs. Drink all your water, and then some. Talk to your Doctor!!! And keep moving. Sometimes it takes awhile to start working.
  • We made them pretty small, but you could make bigger cookies and adjust the numbers accordingly. I'm thinking they could use some cinnamon. Maybe replace the oil with some mashed banana? And then you'd have a bangin' good cookie!!
  • I track Calories, Carbs, Protein, Fat, Fiber, Sodium.
  • I like it all kinds of ways! There's recipies out there for baked oatmeal, which is divine!! I'm on a kick right now where I put frozen mixed berries, cinnamon and chia seeds in the bottom of the bowl, dump a packet of instant maple and brown sugar or raisin, date and walnut oatmeal over top, add enough water to cover all…
