Well done Muc730! I do find that Tony loses me on the P90X2 and I often substitute a P90X routine. I think it boils down to the warm-up exercises. In P90X you were moving; in P90X2 I'm always thinking "okay Tony, lets get going!"

Literally laughed out loud. I've done 4 weeks of Phase 1 and feel I'm ready to start phase 2 tomorrow morning.

Echoing Muc730's comment, there is significantly less weight training in the Phase 1, although its just as hard and I'm still sweating like a pig when I'm done. Is anyone doing the nutrition plan? I'm having a hard time planning a menu to get the levels of protein required in the fat burner plan. It looks like I need to…

I've done P90X previously and am now doing P90X2 (one week down). I took too long off in-between programs and am paying for it now.
