Im working on the Hip Hop Abs (currently on day 10); gym time, and decided today to do a squat and ab challenges.

Those sound like wonderful goals tmj4477. I wish my job had stairs. My June Goals: 1) Get into the 170's 2) 3-4 serving of fruit/veggies per day. 3) Work on drinking my 69.5 oz jug DAILY! 4)Stop drinking coffee 5)No bread or white rice
