I had the very same thing. I finally went to the DR and found out my thyroid wasn't functioning well. I have been on a thyroid pill for about 6 months now and have begun to finally see weight loss. I have more energy. I sleep through the night. It has drastically changed my life!! :flowerforyou:

Def start over. I am recovering from an injury and I will want to start over so I prepare my body. If I just in where I left off, well, in my opinion, that's an injury waiting to happen. I was on W2D9....I was so ready for week 3

Congrats! Me and my hubby run our first 5k on Saturday!! Run for Recovery. So excited. I never, in a million years, would have thought that we would be running, much less a 5k. Keep up the good work :flowerforyou:

Yes, but I bet if you follow that, you will see a difference :-) Good luck

I have been told by 2 nutritionist that you need to at least eat your Basal (BMR). This website will help you figure out your BMR. Once I started doing this, I started losing again. It wont hurt to give it a try :flowerforyou: http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/

Me and my hubby are on level 2 day 3. I have seen a huge difference in the mirror. I can see muscle cuts in the my hubby's arms. It is tough...but it is so worth it!!

Although, me and my hubby are doing the 30 day shred and he has looks at me like he is about to die and says, we don't need that one any time soon  I reckon I will have to wait until we finish 30DS.…

My hubby and I are on day 5 today. We both have lost 2.25 inches. Just be warned though.....as I was warned....don't be surprised if the scales are up a little. We both were up about a pound. Good luck!! And when Jillian is telling you not to turn off the DVD, just know you are almost done  PS I found that we didn't…

Me and my hubby started W4D1 this morning. We have the polar heart monitor so we just add running 3.5 mph and add our own calorie burn. It isn't too far off at the beginning but now that we have been doing it longer, I burn way less then what MFP says...:flowerforyou:

Me and my hubby started the couch to 5k 4 weeks ago!! You can do it!! On the 30DS, do level one until you feel it is a little easier. If it takes 2 weeks then do 2 weeks. We started it today after much research. Man, it kicked our butts!! We both have been doing the gym, running, AND doing Body Works plus Abs and it STILL…

My husband and I did W3D1 this morning. It was the first time it was...not really hard but it was def a bit longer. The program, though it may be easy at the beginning, is training your body for the long haul. I suggest not to skip. If you find it to be too easy, try running harder :flowerforyou:
