So I was on day 8 of lvl 1 30 day shred then came down with an illness that has lasted for about 2 weeks. Now I do not know whether to carry on from where I left off or start again ? What would you lovely people suggest ? :)

In my opinion, if you didn't work out for 2 weeks, you might want to start over. Or you may want to do a couple of more days of level 1 then see if you feel like you're ready to progress to level 2. I think I'd start over just because of the length of time you were ill. I suppose it really just depends on how you feel once you start again.

Yeah. I am on day 2 of level 2. It was hard, definitely, but I knew I could do it. I would suggest doing it again also, and maybe you will get to day 7 and be like Oh, This really isn't bad anymore, I can move onto Level 2. Listen to your body. If you still need to do the modified version of everything, you probably aren't ready for level 2.

I had something similar happen with Insanity, and I started over because I hadn't worked out for 1.5 weeks. I think its all a matter of personal opinon, but I wanted to do all 60 days of the program, so since I wasn't that far into it, it was just as easy to start over.

Def start over. I am recovering from an injury and I will want to start over so I prepare my body. If I just in where I left off, well, in my opinion, that's an injury waiting to happen. I was on W2D9....I was so ready for week 3

The exact same thing happened to me at L1D6 and I started over. Honestly, it was like I'd never done any of the exercises before, I hurt so bad the next day!
