  • Evening primrose oil works wonders. It evens out my moods and I don't turn into "crazy lady" during PMS. Seems to have also helped some of my friends who are starting to experience menopause symptoms. I also agree that exercise and diet really does help.
  • I log it under snacks as well. I drink wine and was thrilled to find all the varieties listed with the calorie count.
  • Welcome! I just found this last week and I love it so far. It's been so easy to keep track of! I'm friendly to everyone who is friendly. I think introducing ANY negativity into a positive goal detracts from it. :flowerforyou:
