Can I join this? I would love to lose 10 pounds by Christmas. Right now I am losing about 2 pounds per week and working out about 5 times a week for about 30 minutes each, alternating between cardio and strength training. Good luck everyone!

Thanks for the tips. I will try to hit the cardio even more and give the squats a try. I was also thinking of giving up dairy anyways so thanks for the info on that!

I find munching on rice cakes gives you that crunch you are looking for and they are faily low in calories. The only issue is they aren't very filling. If you have the extra calories maybe add some all natural peanut butter. Also, raw veggies can give you that crunch as well!
