I started 30 Day Shred yesterday, and recently finished my 2nd workout tonight (level 1). I am impressed with my endurance and that I'm able to keep my legs up for the scissor crunches at the end. I probably owe that to Tony Horton's 10 Minute Trainer Abs DVD. Here's to seeing it through!

It's ridiculous that a lot of people on here are trying to say that people who don't work out in the morning aren't as dedicated as those who do?!?! Really?!?!... Way to stereotype. I thought that we were supposed to be supportive of each other, not try to bring others down.

Try shopping Wholesale [ex. Costco], and you will get a lot for your money. The markup there is only 15%, which is a lot lower than the likes of Walmart, Target, Fareway, etc; just a thought.

I don't find it necessary to take God's name in vain like that... :noway: That was a really tacky response.
-
To me, it's really annoying. Just copy and paste the information and stop being so lazy, people.

Where did you get your profile picture [the cartoon of you]? I think that's really cool!

I really like your idea! I'm going to have to try that the next time I go to Chick-Fil-A.

I agree, I have a Polar F11 and it tests your VO2max, and I find the 'calories burned' to be quite accurate.
-
And you're proud of this because...?!?! :noway:

Wow, that is a completely ridiculous statement. What is wrong with people?! Life isn't a free-for-all! People have a conscience, feelings, morals, values, etc. for a reason... well, at least most people do.

Yes, what this boils down to, is that couples need to learn how to communicate and stop looking for someone outside of their marriage/relationship to fill whatever "void" they may feel needs filled. There is never a good excuse to cheat on someone. People [men and women, alike] need to stop taking the easy way out and if…

It disgusts me how many people on this site are SO rude. :noway: If you don't have anything remotely positive to contribute to a message board topic, then do the rest of us a favor and just DON'T!!!

I am 5'2", and I would also consider myself to have a medium build. My doctor said that a good weight for me would be somewhere between 130-135 lbs. It's great that you're ready to start over! Life comes with challenges, but they don't have to define us!! You've done it before, and there's no doubt you can be successful…

Here's my two-cents-worth regarding diet pop: Aspartame is POISON and it's NOT worth it!!! http://pinterest.com/pin/161566705354574558/ Also, the High Fructose Corn Syrup in regular pop isn't any better... http://pinterest.com/pin/258745941063013354/ Just decide to stop poisoning yourself altogether, and drink water. I've…

I do feel that you need to go to the E.R. and not leave until you have a [correct] diagnosis. I had a co-worker that had a bowel obstruction and eventually passed away due to it. By the time they got him into surgery, his bowel had exploded and killed him. I'm not trying to scare you, but I don't want you to wait too long.…

I agree!! :)

Wow, what a phenomenal transformation!! Excellent job; you are such an inspiration!!!

SAVE!!! Thanks so much for the exercises!!!

It's good to not be so strict/hard on yourself! You only live one life, and indulging once-in-awhile isn't going to ruin your progress!! There's no reason to deprive yourself!!!
-
I don't even bother logging fruits and vegetables, since they're naturally healthy!! Don't be too hard on yourself!! Oh, and I don't understand why people bother commenting on someone's post if they're just going to be rude and/or condescending!!

I've been logging in for 4 months [120 days] so far, and I've lost 41 pounds [and counting!].
-
I completely agree with what you said!

You had a very well-worded reply, in my opinion!

I'm sorry, but I have to say that I agree, and feel as though it does sound rude  [although I'm not sure if it's intended to be that way, either...]; I sure hope not!! :noway: I think any amount of weight loss is progress and should be commended!!

I was striving to lose 2 pounds each week, and was given a daily goal of 1,200 calories. :noway: I stuck with it for a few weeks, but found that I started to not lose as much weight, and also felt that I was depriving myself. I just changed my goal today, and I'm confident that I will begin to lose more weight, and be a…
