  • Just discovered this myself. My exercise world has effectively crumbled, haha. Currently scouring YouTube, but am feeling pretty discouraged right now. I really can't do anything high-impact, so everything available on Netflix was pretty perfect.

  • The problem is, I simply don't like most of the substitutes, so it becomes less likely that I will eat them, thus definitely neglecting my protein needs. Tofu is great, but I worry about eating too much soy. I am willing to do protein powders though! Any in particular that are good?

  • Do you do any yoga stretches? Downward dog is great for full body, and it really emphasizes hamstring/calf stretching. I also really like the triangle pose; opens my hips up like crazy!
  • I'm having the same thought! On days when I do a shorter video, I'm going to use the extra time to really focus on some light yoga/stretching. Burning calories is important, but so is getting flexible!
