I am mixed since it is decaf green tea which is just water with a tea bag but then again water is water. I have not logged in my tea as water I was curious

The short answer is no. He did run my blood sugars and the are fine therefore will not prescribe metformin. I am not a big advocate for scripts if I can do it with diet I prefer since I hate taking pills. wow really I take my pill then about 30-60 mins later I have my coffee. I did ask my endo and he said I should be fine.

I have spoken with my endo but he is only concerned with getting my tsh numbers down after my last appt. I am changing my primary hoping this makes a difference

Reading through the list I agree have had most of them at some point. however the whole body acy and back pain has been a constant.

I was instructed to take a multi one a day but to space it from my synthroid. I think I might have taken it for a week and then I totally forgot. But since I feel like crap all the time and am trying to change things up. I need to start feeling better and less tired and achy I am thinking of taking them again

I also learned this the hard way. I was starting to finally lose weight when I had my TT and slowly but surely I have gained it all back plus some now im back above 200. Hi I am on synthroid and it is also weight based :-( I agree some facts about meds would be great. I have heard different things about how lone to wait before eating after taking meds in the morning . I generally wait or at least try to wait an 1 hr. look forward to reading the posts here

I love the apple slices and peanut butter as well. I wish they would put out a list of foods that are acceptable and ones to avoid. I have the low gi book and they have a food list I was wondering if there was one for thyroid survivors?
