Jan I lost 5lbs (which is good) then feb I had a few (2-3) bad meals now I’m up almost all 5 lbs.

Yes log everything even when I eat something high in carbs. I usually finish the day around 1100-1200 total calories

Thanks for the response I ended up going to my primary for a well visit. After speaking with her she decided to re run my labs just to check. If they r not optimal she will contact my Endo. I go next week for labs. In the meantime I started logging again and noticed I was eating more then I should and not moving enough. I…

Energy stinks but I'm use to not having energy. I haven't logged my food but my hair is falling out again nails are breaking and I have gained about 8 lbs since easter

I use a tsp of raw honey in my yogurt daily.

Hi I am always looking for new recipes and I recently joined instagram and found a ton. I have heard pintrest also has a ton of recipes. I make hummus and keep it simple. I use one can of chick peas, garlic cloves, oil and lemon I go by taste so I couldn't tell you how much of each.

It looks like I should have listened to my body. I was feeling sore but ok so I completed day 2 and felt proud that I was able to do more then day 1. However I should have listened to my body cause I end up pulling some muscles and now I am not just sore but in pain. So I have to take some time before I can do this again.…
