Low carb and frustrated

I am just jumping back into working out after 1.5 yrs off. I am starting 30 day shred this week and will be alternating it with a leslie sansom walk dvd. For anyone who has done 30 day shred do you have any tips?

I have been doing Leslie Sansom walk away the pounds for the past week (as a way to get back into working out). I am looking to start 30 day shred. I have read that during 30day shred you should not do the dvd everyday. Would it be sensible to alternate each day between these two workout?
