Starting 30 day shred

I am just jumping back into working out after 1.5 yrs off. I am starting 30 day shred this week and will be alternating it with a leslie sansom walk dvd.

For anyone who has done 30 day shred do you have any tips?

    Lots of forums on here for 30DS, so i'd go back and read those. My advice:
    + Watch the levels first before doing them: Helps to know what you're in store for, what you're going to need when, etc.
    + Drink a lot of water.
    + You're going to think after the first day of Level 1, "WTF...". This is totally normal. By day 5-6, you'll be fine. This feeling repeats at every level.
    + While you should go at your own speed and fitness level, try to push just a little more each day over you're comfort zone. As JM says, that's where the change happens and she is right.
    + Do more stretching then she does at the end.
