I have my endo apt today which is long overdue I was suppose to go in January but kept putting it off. Not sure what to expect from this appt since I know I gained weight since last Oct but on the plus side I am down from my heaviest. just hoping no increase in meds that always seems to add weight.

    I am happy to say this appointment went very well. First time in four years. All my numbers look amazing. I even lowered my AIC number which was my goal. I finally have some energy and left feeling heard. I was nervous going into this apt due to weight gain but my endo feels I am on the right path. Plus my ultrasound showed no signs of cancer which is always a huge plus.
