Following a high protein, high fiber plan. Back to work and away from home keeps me from reaching.

My goals are similar to those above - reduce clutter, increase activity, hydrate, calories 4 loss. My dh retired last week and what an adjustment. I plan to retire next summer, numerous health issues. Have noticed it's harder to stay focused, to let go of anything, and need to make changes. I want an organized life.
