Stress and the constant drama projected by family members. Retired couple months ago and I'm home much more and the fridge is sooo much more accessible.

I retired last month and little routine to my day. Most of the time at home w/easy access to food. As I stress out, especially in the afternoons when we're mostly sitting, I keep swinging by the fridge looking for something, anything. My weight is up almost 10 lbs so far in 1 month.

My exercise plan: Restore motivation and dedication to my exercise. I normally go to the gym M-F before work. Lately, I've been ignoring the alarm and trying to rest more as my sleep is crap, and thus my gym time gets pinched.
