On the days when I'm not too motivated at home, I look for things that are outdated at work to throw out. There is always something and it makes me feel better.

I am definitely an emotional, comfort, destressing eater but working on changing that. I always bring breakfast and lunch with me to work, and work on lots of fiber to fill up. M-F at least 45 min in gym - a combo of weights, cardio/swimming, increasing daily steps to 6500 SS at least 7500 steps daily
