Then: Id eat till I couldn't eat anything else (2 plates and probably try 2 deserts) Now: I'm afraid to even step in a buffet! I'll gain my 5 pounds back in 1 sitting :( Maybe I'll treat myself when I get down to 125 and I'll take my food scale and measuring cup so I know EXACTLY how much i'm eating hahaha

Well I only started to do it this way in February. I was doing it the "right way" for a year and never lost a single pound so apparently something is working :)

You can get it at wal-mart for 9 bucks i think. There are 3 Jillian videos i believe and they are all $9. you also need a yoga mat and 2 hand weight's. I recommend 5 pounds each hand. It might not seem like enough but BELIEVE ME!!! You will feel it lol
