i also cannot do soy or dairy and have tree nut allergies and peanuts so i tend to rotate through pea protein, hemp, and rice protein and vega protein powders also check out the thrive diet by brendan frazier and use the knowledge of your local health food shop

i tend to try and relax take the kids to the park and play whatever they want and /or go to the pool but still just have fun no laps etc and then in the evening a gentle yoga before bed

setting my goal for 80miles this month but hoping my injury will allow me to do lots more 3.1/80

I'll join for July so far done the couch to 5k first day back injured the last time and 30ds then going to walk along the seawalk (4k) to watch the fireworks tonight but feel this will help keep me motivated

well the breakfast team at the global vancouver bc tv did the one at whistler and not all of them are fit said it was loads of fun and wanted to do next years so i say go for it train and enjoy the challenge

i'm a nurse who is recovering from a major back injury and has chronic pain i do nothing all day except look after hubby and four kids all under five so just sit back and chillax
