I do both once a week at least cos I like how I feel after the workout. don't think i would choose to do only one cos my body responds differently to both workouts

you can get ring re sizers that go inside the band and make it smaller until you finish losing and get them re sized properly hope that helps

I always worked the holidays and my hubby looked after the children we celebrated all together as soon as we were all were together either earlier or later and they also celebrated on the day, the extra money was really good and really helpful at times and it helps focus on whats important about the holiday for the children

okay after failing dismally last month August 27th I lost one running partner and then exactly a month later I lost my other one and my mojo with them so going to try to get up move and rediscover it this month so I think I'll make my goal 65 miles here's hoping that I can achieve that

when we did the programme we split the running time and the walking time and logged it in the exercise cardio log as we didn't have hrm now we run 3miles 4-5x week and log what the hrm says we burned hope that helps
