Get some vanilla or chocolate whey protein powder (Jay Robb is the best tasting), then make your own smoothies with a scoop of PP, 1/2 c almond milk, some frozen strawberries &/or frozen peaches and a few ice cubes. DELISH and good for you. Great fat burner. If I have this around 7:30 or 8:00 pm I weigh LESS in the morning
