I sync frequently between my computer and iPad. But if I haven't done any exercise, or if I have been inactive for the day, I don't get any adjustment. I really like my fitbit. It keeps me honest.

My Fitness Pal has calculated 1240 calories per day for a 1 pound per week weight loss. I am 5'7" but I am 55 so my metabolism is that of a slug. I have really kept it around 1000 net and I am losing 1 pound per week. I have been on the program since June 1.:sad:
