Check out Muscltech 5lbs for $35.00 at sams club. You can also purchase on line. Been using it a couple years. Both Chocolate and Vanilla are excellent choices and mix well. 100% Whey 20g protein, 1g fat, 2g sugar, and 9g carbs. Also has BCAA's.

Low fat yogurt and a scoop of chocolate protein powder. 180 cal 26g protein, and 18g carbs. I'm on a 1500 cal a day diet, so I save the 180 for a night time snack. Lost 14 lbs and only 6 more to go.
