I have looked into bento but I think the prep is a lot of work and takes a lot of time, I like to prepare her lunch in the morning since I like to ask her what she wants to take. That is mainly everything you see on pinterest.

yeah it is not easy, I was there for lunch once I had given her spaghetti in a thermo, with yogurt, crackers and juice. She was not eating much but when I looked around to some of the lunches her was pretty healthy compared to others so I wondered if she was just embarrassed to eat it. That day I saw the school lunches for…

Some of her friends pack lunch and some eat at school. I must say the other day I went there for lunch to spend time with her during lunch and I noticed that her lunch was a bit more elaborate compared to other lunches so I thought maybe I was going a bit overboard.

Interesting here in in Phoenix the 5k runners started one hour early, and at the starting line the 5k who started earlier went to the right the 15k went to the left. somewhere along the course we ran into 5k runners I think. And we had corrals did they have corrals?

Yes I think the key for me was shifting my mindset, I have been so stuck on reaching that number 130 that I lost track of what I had accomplished. I may have not accomplished that number yet, but I have learned a lot. Keep up the good work we can do this :)

I have not gone past 10 yet the furthest run I have done is 10.5. But since were I live there is only one way out and one way in. I have figured out to run half my miles one way and the other half on the way back home. It is pretty much the same route every Saturday except that when I add miles I get to go a little…
