I am 5'2 and my goal weight is 130. once I get there I will decide if I want to go lower. When I got married I was 120 and I was 25 years old.

That is so true that you say that, when I have to sign up for a race I do not think twice about spending the money, but when it comes to buying something else I think twice about it LOL!!!

Yeah I also try to register early to avoid the fees going up and I also try to find discount codes.

That is awesome, after adding this post and seeing all of your responses I decided to go back and run the very fist 5k that got me back into running. I want to see how much I improve on my time. Just you said Elizabeth it would be awesome to see my time improve.

Thanks for the different perspective I have to agree that the two 5ks that I have done have been fun. Also the 10ks. Since I have not run the Half Marathon yet I did not even think about the recovery time

Congrats on running 6 Half marathons that is awesome. I guess there a couple of 5ks that I can still run and now that I see my kids enjoy running too and as they get older and if they still like it I can see myself running 5ks with them. WOW triathlons are hard (well at least I think they are) good job

Good point Kathleen, when you put it that way it got me thinking and my ultimate goal is to run a Full Marathon. It is something that I started training for years ago and had to stop due to injury. So being able to say that I ran a full marathon is my ultimate goal. Your goal is awesome!!!

Going to check out jog fm, so far Pandora has not let me know but on occasion I do get the slow song and while running I have having to take off my phone or stop to skip the song. That is a bummer about the slow ballad song that would really suck

I love running with music as well I like the Pandora station that I have. I was just curious if anyone was using Apps based on pace. I still run with music on race days I feel it allows me to concentrate more on the run than what is going on around me

why don't you use the Recipes option here on MFP, you create your own recipe enter the ingredients that you used and set how many servings you made. That would give the calories for each flat bread.

I would say follow a running program Hal Higdon has some really good ones. http://halhigdon.com/ I am currently following his novice two training program for a half marathon. I will be running 10 miles tomorrow as part of the training. Slowly increasing your mileage really works do not think you can all of a sudden start…

Thanks, yeah I am thinking of buying several items of clothe that I may wear for the HM and start using them prior to the race just to make sure they are not going to cause any issues

Actually it is a He LOL!! maybe he called it wrong but he had problems on his nipples I know TMI and other areas. Thanks for the information I have to make sure I buy the clothe I am going to wear for my HM and start training in it a couple of weeks before.
