Do you stretch before and after your runs? Proper stretching could help with the pain.

I have the exact same problem, I noticed that when I lost most of the weight was when I worked out at night. If I work out at night than by the time I am done I am not hungry for a snack. I have not given up anything, I see this as a life style change were I learn to eat the things I enjoy in moderation. This is not a diet for me but a life time journey :)

I used to buy Asics and loved them but always had knee issues. I bought a pair of Rebook Zlig light and my knee issues went away. Getting ready to try the latest Zig light and see how does work out.

You can definitely train for your first 10k by October. For my first 10k the goal was to finish it was not about any particular time. Thanks for the request already accepted, it is funny I read an article in the runners world magazine about what makes you a runner and the moment you put on those shoes and hit the road you are a runner it is not about time or how many marathons you have run. You are still a runner :)

Just wanted to clarify that Zumba and Turbo Fire are not similar at all. I have done both and Turbo Fire is kick boxing moves. I love it you get a great workout. Zumba is dancing moves love Zumba too
