Same as most people here. 300-400 calories. I'm thinking about eating more for breakfast though, since it tends to help me feel fuller for the rest of the day.

I agree with serving healthy foods at schools and whatnot, but I don't think banning ANYTHING has ever been an effective way of eliminating it. (Hello, prohibition.) Hahaha This!! ^^ I take it as a compliment when I get hit on, but it does feel unsafe when a group of men are following me and cat-calling from their car. Not one of them seems to realize that it doesn't make me feel sexy at the moment, just frightened. Especially if I'm alone.

I have promised myself one flex day per week where I have to NOT count calories. It's easy for me to get overly-restrictive, so flex days force me to give myself a break.

Gummy worms! I always trick myself into thinking I can eat more because they are made with gelatine and gelatine is protein. Whoops. Oh dear, I am going to get more cravings reading this thread than anything else, I think.

I got slightly addicted to caffeinated drink mixes last semester, because they were a cheap, quick boost before class without many calories or having to run to Starbucks. Sometimes, especially if I'm in line after them at the checkout. Sometimes I think, "Somebody's either throwing a party, or having a really bad week." :laugh: People probably think I'm strange, since I always seem to have equal parts health food and convenience food.

Agreed! I had ice cream for lunch yesterday and I didn't feel bad about it at all. I was actually quite proud of myself for sticking to the serving size.
