Hey guys! I haven't been on in a few days, but I finished the shred! I started Ripped in 30 today....um seriously I thought level 1 was SUPER easy compared the the shred! I did all the advanced moves throughout. I think I need to up my weights as well. Maybe i'm just better conditioned because of the shred...who knows!…

I agree...in fact my favorite move from level 3 is the weighted jumping jacks! In level 1 I could barely finish the regular ones LOL

Level 3 day 7 done!! I dd 90% of the advanced moves and I was literally dripping sweat on the floor lol

Level 3 day 6 done! Over half way through this level! I'm excited for the shred to end and ripped in 30 to start. I was thinking about trying to follow the eating plan as well. At least 5 days a week. We will see I guess!

Level 3 day 5 done! I missed Saturdays workout and was upset about it, then yesterday I got dressed in my workout gear... Put the shred on and boom! Power goes out! Wtf! Oh well today I did it!

Level 3 day 4 done! I missed yesterdays workout (first time during the shred) because I didn't get home until almost 10 pm last night. Oh well 6 more days of the shred!

I'm almost 5'9 and my husband is 5'6. Never bothered me, he hates when I wear heels though lol!

Level 3 day 3 done! 7 more days of the shred! I favorited each of the 4 levels of ripped in 30 on YouTube, so that's my next workout. Looking forward to that!

I always wear Victoria's secret body spray in cupquake... Although one time I sprayed it at the salon and my first customer ( this little old man ) said yum donuts!! Donut isnt exactly what I wanted to smell like lol!

Level 3 day 2 done! This is by far my favorite level. Definitely doesn't seem like 20 mins!

Level 3 day 1 done! Although my sweating face would probably not convince you guys, I thought level 3 was a cake walk compared to level 2. It also flew by faster than the other levels to me. 9 more days of the shred woohoo!

Level 2 day 7 done! Dare I say today was the easiest so far and I was still sweating like crazy! Almost done with level 2!!! Yay!

Level 2 day 5 done!! I'm half way through the shred! Today was the easiest so far, my stamina is amazing compared to level 1 day 1! Bring it on Jillian!

I'm a barefoot girl too. I did start wrapping my right ankle because I was having horrible burning in it during the shred. I dont notice it as much on level 2. Much less bouncing around in this level than the first!

Just finished level 2 day 4. Totally exhausted, I did more of the advanced moves today. Omg it's hard!!! Jillian is a killer! My stamina from level 1 is so amazingly different, I couldn't do all the jumping jacks and jump ropes in level 1 I'm a pro at level 2's cardio lol!

Level 2 day 3 completed! Yes!! I finally got through 3/4 of the plank twists at the end. Can't wait until I can get through te entire move without rest.
