I use apple juice and about 1/4-1/2 scoop of whey protein powder. A proper recovery drink should have a carb-protein ratio that is 4:1.

Actually, you guys are quite wrong about the sodium content in these microwaveable packages. The ones that includes just vegtables, not pasta or anything are very low in sodium, like under 20 mg. Not all frozen food is created equal.
