Schools are the worst place to work. We are having back to back Friday feasts. I am having no part of that. My son's birthday cookie cake is another story.

I am 1 pound above what I said back in 2008. That's good considering this summer I was 36 pounds above it.

I too suffer from Hypo-Thyroidism. I take 150 MCG of Synthroid daily. I also take my one a day vitamin, as well as a few supplements the guy at the health food store recommended. 1. Nature's Plus Mega CLA 1200. It is a Conjugated Linoleic Acid Supplement. It is supposed to help with energy. I really don't use caffeine…

I am obsessed too. I am on it every morning. I post losses and question minimal gains. If I have had bad days I will post it to motivate me to do better.

I have added Fiber One Strawberry Kiwi Packets to my first bottled water of the day. It breaks up the monotony of water all day long. Only 20 calories.
