30 day shred

My copy just came in the mail and I wondering if I should start it today (like I want to) or wait until Monday?? Also for those of you who do this....do you do it 7days a week or what? Just looking for suggestions!! Can't wait to start the shred :D

    I'd love to start it with you. Most people use it 7 days a week or some have a rest day in between those seven days.

    If you have momentum and motivation to start it today then start it today.. this is about you after all. I did 30DS daily without a rest day. I also did extra cardio 3-4x a week on top of it. Have fun!!
    Just remember most people(including myself) have found the first few days tough, just hang in there it does get better!

    i say start today!!!!! :bigsmile: its only 20 mins.... you can do it. although, it is a tough 20 minutes. you can do it 7 days a week for 30 days, 5 times a week for 6 weeks, 6 times a week for 5 weeks... however you want to do it. do whatever your body tells you good luck!! :smile:
